Refund and Returns Policy - East Africa Ventures

We at East Africa Ventures Co. Limited are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we want to make the returns process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 3 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at online.retail@eav.co.ke to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, please follow these steps:

1. Pack the item securely in the original package (if possible). Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.

2. Include your RMA number on the packing slip or label.

3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

4. Send the package to the following address:

East Africa Ventures Company Limited,

Polysynthetics Complex, Ground Floor, Industrial Area, Mogadishu Road,

Nairobi, Kenya.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Polite Notice

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
